Connectivity: built-in proxy on Android and Windows
If Telegram stays on Connecting, times out or cannot load messages, check the Plusgram connection status and its built-in proxy connection. This feature applies to the Android and Windows Plusgram clients offered on this site.
The proxy helps with the connection path to Telegram. It does not replace phone-number verification or remove restrictions imposed by Telegram. The official iOS and macOS apps and Telegram Web are not covered by this Plusgram proxy feature.
